Founded by Ms. Ranjeeta Sahay Ashesh, Kshitij empowers budding poets to refine their craft and monetize their passion. Since 2018, we’ve hosted India’s first search for the Indian Iconic Poet, with six successful seasons in Delhi. Our work in promoting new voices in poetry earned us the CXO International Award 2023 in Switzerland.
What started as an online initiative with the vision to groom every individual, KFL has now entered its 4th season – bigger, better, and grander than ever! With every passing year, we’ve scaled new heights – from advanced stage setups and glamorous ramps to professional shoots that redefine creativity and style. KFL is not just growing, it’s evolving into a platform of opportunities and excellence.
7 Years of Literary Excellence with Kshitij. In just 7 years, Kshitij has launched over 100 books & proudly published more than 50 individual titles. Founder: Ms Ranjeeta Sahay Ashesh
Accomplished entrepreneur Ranjeeta Sahay Ashesh, an army officer’s wife, transformed her passion into a thriving startup in 2018. Kshitij, her poetry organization, empowers budding poets nationally through unique annual events like ‘INDIAN ICONIC POET.’ Kshitij Publications supports aspiring writers in their journey to authorship. Recognized for her literary innovation with the Swiss CXO International Award, Ranjeeta, Mrs.India Most Talented 2018, champions inclusivity through Kshitij Fashion and Lifestyle (2021), celebrating individuality of each person with the KFL Showstopper Pageants. A social activist with Prateek Special School(Delhi)and Parvarish (Bhopal), Ranjeeta advocates for underprivileged children’s education. As a Life Coach, Poetpreneur, and Fashionista, she inspires youth across Schools,Colleges and Universities like Amity, Munjal, RKDF, and DU. Her voice has graced prestigious literary festivals (AWWA Lit Fest, Bhopal Lit Fest,Akhil Bhartiya Kavi Sammelan) and media platforms (Aakashwani, Doordarshan, Marwah Studio).
